Refund Policy
Through the on-demand video course or individualised coaching, we aim to deliver great service and value to every customer. We have made an effort to give you enough information to enable you to make an informed decision about whether to use https://lifecoachsheetal.com’s services or buy learning materials from us. You are required to conduct adequate research before buying a good or service.
As a result, under no circumstances is the on-demand video course (including any promotional offers or consultations), any goods or services obtained via this website subject to a full or partial refund, cancellation, or transfer. All coaching services are subject to the same conditions, with the sole exception of situations when lifecoachsheetal is prevented from providing coaching for an extended period of time due to an event of force majeure.
Coaching or online courses cannot be transferred.
We have collaborated with payment gateways for the processing of payments for services and do not keep any of your payment information (Debit & Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc.) or any other information prohibited by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payments.
